Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Photoshoot Generator (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when merchants install or use our Shopify app. Controller: Individual Entrepreneur MAXIM DOZHDEV, Georgia, Tbilisi, Lochini Street, N 3, zhavadik@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Shop identifiers (domain, shop ID), owner/staff contact details
• Store settings, product/catalog data, media you upload, generated assets and job metadata
• App usage logs and billing identifiers for app charges/credits

We do not process payment card numbers; Shopify handles billing.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the app (generation, previews, publish to product media)
• Operate billing (credit packs), prevent fraud, provide support
• Comply with law and platform requirements

Sharing & processors

We share data only with providers needed to run the app: Shopify, AI/image processors, cloud storage/CDN, email/support tools. They may process data only on our instructions.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

We retain data while your shop uses the app and for a reasonable period after uninstall for backups, audit, and dispute resolution. You can request deletion (see below).

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. Contact us at zhavadik@gmail.com.

Uninstall & deletion

When you uninstall, we mark the shop inactive and stop processing. After we receive Shopify’s redact webhook, we erase shop data from our systems (subject to lawful retention). You can also email us to request deletion.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.
