1. Agreement

By installing or using AI Photoshoot Generator, you agree to these Terms. You must be a business (merchant) with authority to bind your company.

2. The service

The app generates photorealistic product images from your inputs (titles, descriptions, or source images) and lets you preview and publish them to Shopify product media. You are responsible for your inputs and rights to use them.

3. Credits & pricing

The app uses prepaid credits. Standard consumes 1 credit per image; Pro consumes 2. Pack prices are shown in the app; billing is processed by Shopify. Credits are account-bound and non-transferable.

4. Billing via Shopify

Purchases are processed as one-time app charges in Shopify. If a purchase is not approved or paid, credits are not granted.

5. Refunds & adjustments

• If no image is delivered (generation fails), we do not consume credits or we restore them.
• If an image was delivered successfully, payments/credits are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund as permitted by Shopify’s billing tools and applicable law.

We do not provide cash refunds for unused credits unless required by law.

6. Content rules

Do not submit unlawful content or content that violates third-party rights. We may refuse or remove content that violates these rules.

7. IP & licenses

You retain rights in your inputs. Subject to payment, you may use generated images for your store’s commercial purposes. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the app.

8. Availability & support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the app available. Support: zhavadik@gmail.com.

9. Termination

You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. Relevant sections survive termination.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amounts you paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
